We collect as little data as possible. You can use the whole site without an account, without forms and without us knowing who you are.
Who is responsible?
OnderdeMuur.nl is responsible for processing personal data on this website. You can reach us at info@onderdemuur.nl.
Addresses you look up
When you look up an address, we send it to public government services (such as PDOK, RIVM and CBS) to fetch the data. We don’t link the address to you and don’t store it in a database. Like any website, our hosting provider may briefly keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
If you email us
If you send us an email, for example about a foundation survey, we only use your email address and what you write to answer your question. We keep those emails for at most 12 months after your question has been handled.
Cookies and statistics
We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. We may later use a privacy-friendly statistics service without cookies or personal data, only to count page views. Your language choice may be stored in a functional cookie.
Where is data stored?
The website runs on Vercel. Your emails to us arrive at our email provider. The website itself does not store any personal data in a database.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object. Email info@onderdemuur.nl to do so. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
