About OnderdeMuur.nl
OnderdeMuur.nl shows in plain language how an address in the Netherlands scores on foundation, noise, air quality and neighbourhood. Free, no account, based on open government data.
How does it work?
You enter an address. We then fetch data from open government sources such as the Kadaster, RVO, RIVM and CBS, and translate it into an understandable score with an explanation. We don’t store the addresses you look up.
What are the limitations?
All information is indicative. The data often describes an area (such as a postcode area or neighbourhood) or is calculated with models. It says nothing with certainty about one specific home. Use the check as a starting point, not as a replacement for a building survey or foundation inspection.
How are the scores determined?
Each score uses thresholds based on established standards, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and European limit values. In the report, ‘What does this mean?’ explains how to read the numbers for each topic.
